A pattern of poor sportsmanship (repeated cheating, intimidation, volatile behavior) can adversely impact a player in the awards process.  If a player’s poor sportsmanship is so consistent and/or so egregious that it should remove him/her from an All-District or All-State honor, this should be determined by consensus at the district level when possible.
