2026 TENNIS COACHES CONVENTION

The 2026 Indiana Tennis Convention is co-sponsored by the Indiana HS Tennis Coaches Association (IHSTeCA) and the Indiana Coaches of Girls Sports Association (ICGSA).  Hosted by Indianapolis Racquet Club on Dean Road.

Thursday, Feb 5th 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Indianapolis Racquet Club (Dean Road)

Friday, Feb 6th 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Indianapolis Racquet Club (Dean Road)

Lunch on Friday will be catered by McAlister’s Deli.

Friday, Feb 6th  6:30 p.m. Hall of Fame Banquet (502 East Event Centre)

Saturday, Feb 7th 8:30 a.m. to Noon Indianapolis Racquet Club (Dean Road)

HOTEL INFO: 

This year we do not have an official convention hotel.  There are numerous hotels within 15 minutes of the IRC tennis club.  We have found in recent years that coaches use their points and find online deals for rooms rather than stay at a convention hotel.  Please let us know if we can help you with arrangements.

 The prices are listed below.  Options at the bottom only for USPTA Pros who do not coach Indiana High School Tennis.

Complete three-day package ($140)
(Includes 2024 IHSTeCA membership dues, Thursday night’s 2.5 hours of sessions and drills, all Friday sessions, all Saturday sessions till noon; the Friday luncheon,  a T-shirt, coaches’ gifts from the exhibitors, a special gift of a tennis strategy book, a convention program with membership directory, access to exhibitors, coaches’ doubles, and more!)

Thursday/Friday Only ($115)
(Includes 2024 IHSTeCA membership dues, Thursday night’s 2.5 hours of sessions and drills, all Friday sessions, the Friday luncheon,  a T-shirt, coaches’ gifts from the exhibitors, a special gift of a tennis strategy book, a convention program with membership directory, access to exhibitors, coaches’ doubles, and more!)

Assistant Coach or Middle School Coach ($90)
**** Note: head coach also receives $15 discount if he/she brings assistant or middle school coach.  Assistant coach CAN attend even if head coach cannot attend.
