(2-26-17): On a daily basis, establish a consistent dynamic warm-up routine to start practice. Seniors should be able to lead the full team in the dynamic warm-up, which can be done in 5-10 minutes usually. Encourage players to not just “go through the motions,” but instead to focus on doing the exercises and activities with proper form and focus. Examples of dynamic warm-up activities include carioca runs, high-knees, butt kicks, lunges, knee hugs, side shuffles, and other similar activities.
